How long does it take to receive the package?
It depends on the destination they are shipped to:
- Approximately 1 days to Italy (2 days for islands and small areas)
- 3-8 days to Europe and worldwide (Shipping times may vary, according to the country of destination and customs).
Quanto tempo ci mettono gli ordini ad arrivare?
Dipende dalla destinazione cui vengono spediti:
- in media 1 giorno in Italia (2 gg. per le isole e piccole località)
- 3-8 giorni in Europa e nel resto del mondo (I tempi di spedizione possono variare in base al paese di destinazione e dai tempi di dogana).
What company do you ship with and how to calculate the shipping fees?
We ship our orders with TNT Express Courier (TNT Italia and TNT Express). TNT ensures a quality and trustworthy service and the shipping costs are moderate. As soon as we receive your order, you'll receive a confirmation and as the material is shipped you'll receive the tracking number to trace and follow your shipment. In some case and based on the final destination, in order to make both you and us save shipping costs, we choose to ship by normal mail.
Con chi spedite e come calcolate il costo della spedizione?
Le spedizioni avvengono con TNT Corriere Espresso (TNT Italia e TNT Express). TNT ci assicura da sempre qualità e affidabilità del servizio e costi contenuti rispetto alla media. Al momento dell'ordine riceverete una conferma e al momento della spedizione il numero di track per rintracciare e seguire la vostra spedizione.

Who produces your products?
In the description of every product we explicit who we collaborated with to design it.
Our handmade products are usually self-made from the person who designed them.
Our printed works are printed in Bologna, Italy.
The T-Shirts are from America Apparel, 100% cotton, printed in Rimini, Italy. The Dice are produced, printed and assembled between Rimini and Bologna, Italy.
Chi produce esattamente i vostri prodotti?
Nella descrizione di ogni prodotto è indicato in collaborazione con chi è stato progettato. I prodotti realizzati a mano sono lavorati dalla persona con cui li abbiamo progettati.
I prodotti stampati sono stampati a Bologna, Italia.
Le T-Shirt sono American Apparel, 100% cotone, stampate a Rimini, Italia.
I dadi sono prodotti, stampati e confezionati tra Bologna e Rimini, Italia.

PRODUCT SWITCH/CAMBIO PRODOTTI
If I receive a damaged product, what should I do?
Take a photograph of the object and the packaging, send an email to require the switch or the refound of your order. We will set up the pick-up with the courier and eventually the new shipping.
Se un prodotto arriva rovinato cosa devo fare?
Fai una foto dell'oggetto e del pacco, mandacela con una mail richiedendo il cambio o il rimborso del tuo ordine. Noi organizzeremo il ritiro con un corriere e l'eventuale nuova consegna.
What is the procedure if I want to switch the product because I changed my mind?
Send us an e-mail specifying and motivating your request to help us improving our production and our services. Specify what you want to switch the order with and we will send you the instruction to send us the object back. In this case all shipping fees will be on your charge.
Qual è la procedura se voglio cambiare un prodotto perché ho cambiato idea?
Mandaci una mail indicando il motivo della tua richiesta in modo da aiutare sempre il miglioramento delle nostre produzioni e dei nostri servizi. Indica con cosa vorresti cambiare l'ordine e ti manderemo le istruzioni per rimandarci l'oggetto acquistato. In questo caso le spese di spedizione saranno però a tuo carico.
